Before you ask
A few things that make it easy for us to say yes.
Give us 60 to 90 days
We review applications the month after they come in. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to plan for you.
One form per sponsorship
If you are asking about more than one thing, send more than one form. It keeps them from getting tangled up.
Tell us your artwork deadline
If you need a logo for a shirt, banner or program, give us the date and where to send it. We would hate to miss your printing deadline.
Tell us how you know us
Customer, employee, neighbor, somebody's kid on the team. All of it helps us place you.
Send your paperwork
A flyer, sponsorship packet, W-9 or determination letter. Whatever you have makes this faster.
Then come back and tell us how it went
Honestly, this is the best part. Send a photo.
